1-7 Day Krabi, Thailand Itinerary

Krabi, Thailand, is one of the most beautiful coastal spots in the country!

Here’s everything you should do with your time there, whether you’re there a day or a week!

Day 1 – Ao Nang Beach and Markets

If you only have one day in Krabi, skip Krabi Town and head to Ao Nang Beach. This is the main beach area, and you can spend the day lounging or get adventurous with a kayak rental at the end of the beach.

Paddle around the large karst rock, and you’ll find a hidden beach that’s perfect for a quiet escape. For more relaxation, get a massage and try some street food or head to Massaman House for a tasty meal.

Day 2 – Krabi Island Hopping

Krabi’s islands are stunning and deserve a full day of exploring. The four-island tour is a great way to see the highlights, with white sandy beaches, crystal clear water, and towering limestone cliffs. Expect some crowds, but the views are worth it!

Day 3 – Chill on Railay

Railay Beach is breathtaking, and even though it’s not a secret, it’s worth a visit. Spend time on Railay West or Pranang Cave Beach, the latter being smaller and often more crowded.

If you’re into rock climbing, this area is world-renowned. Book a tour—no experience needed!

Day 4- Get to Tonsai

Tonsai is a more laid-back version of Railay, just a 15-minute walk away. It’s less crowded and offers an equally beautiful beach with reggae bars tucked into the jungle. If you want a relaxing beach day, this is the spot.

Day 5 – Climbing Tup Keak

For incredible views of Krabi, hike up Tup Keak. The 3-4 hour round-trip hike will reward you with a stunning birds-eye view of the region. After your hike, cool off with a dip at nearby Tup Keak Beach.

Day 6 – What to Do in Krabi – Mix Day

Grab a motorbike and explore the area! Visit the Emerald Pool, Phanom Bencha National Park, or climb the 1,000+ steps at Tiger Cave Temple for incredible views.

Day 7 – Kayak Ao Thalane

Kayaking is one of the best things to do in Krabi.
Kayaking through mangroves is a great activity around Ao Thalane.

Take a day trip to Ao Thalane and kayak through its beautiful mangroves. You can rent a kayak or take a tour to explore more of the area, but be careful not to get stuck in the mangroves during low tide!
